Boost Mental Health and Wellness
Relaxation massage is a gentle, calming treatment designed to ease muscle tension, promote deep rest, and support emotional well‑being. Using smooth, flowing strokes with light to moderate pressure, and often incorporating warm stones, this massage encourages the body’s natural relaxation response. This helps slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, and quiet the mind.
Perfect for reducing stress and anxiety relief.

Nothing beats a relaxing prenatal massage for relieving pregnancy's aches and pains; especially when you’re unable to take certain medications or other medical solutions.
I utilise a speciality bolster from Amethyst Lake, allowing for prone positioning. However, depending on your specific needs - especially in the third trimester, a side lying position can also be accommodated safely and comfortably.

Lymph is the body’s quite protector - our immune intelligence and inflammation regulator,
As the lymphatic system has no pump, lymph movement through the body depends on:
diaphragmatic breathing,
muscle contractions (movement)

About Me…

Hello! My name is Amanda-lea. Prior to working in the corporate sector, I was in the health & beauty industry holding two international diplomas (CIDESCO & CIBTAC), specialising in body therapy – massage & nutrition.
Stepping back from the corporate world, I’m once again pursuing my passion for health and well‑being.
With certification across multiple modalities and a commitment to ongoing education, I use evidence‑based techniques to support your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply craving a peaceful escape from the demands of daily life, my focus is on delivering consistent, high‑quality care tailored specifically to you, in a peaceful, professional, and safe environment.
Why my passion for body therapy? In short… growing up competing horses taught me early on how essential muscle fitness, balance and alignment is - for both horse and rider, and that even the smallest injury, when left unaddressed, can ripple outward into bigger issues over time.
That experience sparked my fascination with the biomechanics of movement: how the body compensates, adapts, and communicates when something isn’t quite right. Body therapy became a natural extension of that curiosity—a way to help people restore balance, improve function, and move through life with greater ease and awareness.
I invite you to visit me at my home practice, where you can expect to feel at home and experience hassle free parking! Let’s embark on a journey to better health together.
